After nearly two decades of experience across retail, financial services, technology, and healthcare, I’ve seen what happens when HR is forced to operate reactively. I founded The HR Strategist Group to help businesses take a more strategic approach to their people. Effective HR goes beyond responding to problems. It builds the leadership, practices, and workplace culture that help an organization grow and manage risk with confidence.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organizations to develop practical people strategies and with professionals navigating promotions, career transitions, salary negotiations, and other important decisions. Both need a clear understanding of where they are, where they want to go, and the steps to get there.
